You can cancel your monthly payment anytime by closing your case. You can do it simply by going to your case on “my account”.
1. Click in the 3 dots on the right side of your screen.
2. Click “Close case”.

If you choose to stop the payment before your case has resolved, we’ll not be able to offer you ongoing service, such as Case management, Court handling, and Resolution handling.
Paying Success fee after closing your case
Note that stopping the monthly payment doesn’t effect the success fee.
If you chose to have an attorney service in your case, and you get your compensation, you’ll still need to pay success fee (minus the monthly fee you already paid).
