Court fees are required when filing a case in small claims court, and the amount depends on the location where the case will be handled.

How do I determine the right court for my case?

To determine the right court for your case, you need to perform a jurisdiction check. You can do this by following these steps on our website:

  1. Log in to your account and select the case you want to handle under "My Cases."

  2. Click on "Proceed to Court."

  3. Answer the relevant questions.

  4. View the result for your case.

  1. Type your address in required filled (we don't save it anywhere)

When you escalate your case to court, there are relevant additional fees:

  • Serving fees ($129) for serving the documents to the other party.

  • Handling fees ($119).
