In order for us to send the demand letter, you need to provide at least one of the following:
Other's party email address
Other's party phone number (not a land line)
Other's party mail address (not a POB)
In addition, you can provide the other's party fax number.
Sending the demand letter in regular mail is with no extra cost but if you wish to send it in a certified mail, please contact us. Additional costs apply.
Tip: providing as much contact details as you can will increase the chances that the other party will receive the demand letter.
